Extra Life is committed to resolving member and customer concerns quickly and fairly. This Grievance Redressal Policy explains how to raise a complaint and what you can expect from us in response, in line with applicable Indian regulations for online platforms and direct-selling entities.

1. What Can Be Raised as a Grievance

  • Issues with registration, repurchase, or withdrawal approvals or rejections
  • Disputes regarding commission calculation or distribution
  • Concerns about a payment that has not been reflected correctly
  • Complaints about the conduct of another member (see our Direct Selling Compliance / Code of Conduct)
  • Concerns about your personal data or a request under our Privacy Policy
  • Any other concern regarding the website, member panel, or Android application

3. How to Raise a Grievance

Please write to us with:

  • Your full name and registered member ID (if applicable)
  • A clear description of the issue, including relevant dates and reference/transaction numbers
  • Any supporting documents or screenshots

4. Our Response Timeline

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 48 hours.
  • We aim to resolve most grievances within 30 days of acknowledgment. Where a matter requires further investigation (for example, verifying a payment with a third party), we will keep you informed of progress.

5. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may request that your grievance be escalated for a final review by our management team. We will provide you with the outcome of this review in writing.

6. Good Faith

We ask that grievances be raised in good faith and with accurate information, so that we can investigate and resolve them fairly and efficiently.
